Unacceptable Experience, Unreasonable and Rude Conduct They asked me to pay for two cartons that I did not order and receive. Management did not even bothered to take my call when I tried to address the issue. Instead, he replied thru his customer rep. that my account will be blocked if I am not paying. I placed my orders with a different supplier and tried to forget about the whole thing. However, today, after several months they came back to me via e-mail asking for payment. This conduct is unacceptable in my view.

Total BS I was charged about $50 more than I agreed to after all of the extra charges that showed up on my credit card. The order never arrived and after multiple attempts I never got any answers. Do not trust these people who are slowly stealing from their customers and it is sad that most google results for online cigarettes direct consumers to this untrustworthy site. Shame on you people.
