Unacceptable Experience, Unreasonable and Rude Conduct They asked me to pay for two cartons that I did not order and receive. Management did not even bothered to take my call when I tried to address the issue. Instead, he replied thru his customer rep. that my account will be blocked if I am not paying. I placed my orders with a different supplier and tried to forget about the whole thing. However, today, after several months they came back to me via e-mail asking for payment. This conduct is unacceptable in my view.

Customer For as long as they want me Brilliant service from day one. Had only one problem with an order that didn't come through but they resent the order again at their expense which is fantastic. Customer services very friendly always reply straight away. Highly recommend and the products are very good. Thankyou so much

Great customer service I have been a customer for years and they have always delivered. Have had a few instances where parcel didn't arrive due to USPS/Customs and they were always responsive and shipped a replacement. Some shipments take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. My last order took 4 days, wow. Like some customers I was upset when they started charging for shipping. But if you wait for a sale it offsets the shipping costs. Excellent customer service.

Item did eventually arrive. The company does state that it can take months for items to arrive. I ordered 6 cartons first off and after some 7 weeks - nothing had arrived. I received a letter from customs to say that they had been seized. I contacted Duty Free depot who sent 3 cartons of a different brand (twice as expensive) These cartons arrived without incident. I have now placed another order for 3 cartons. Hopefully they will arrive! Thanks duty free depot

This company is complete fraud. This company is complete joke. They lie about their inventory, about their shipping. No support whatsoever. They promise delivery in 3 weeks, but you are lucky if you get part of the order. If order gets blocked by customs, they refuse to resend it even if they charge hefty price of 8$ per carton for delivery. I am at complete loss to understand how the company can continue to operate since they are unable to deliver the orders and completely unwilling to support their customers. I urge you to stop ordering from this company if you live in US. Everybody who I knew lost their money after placing the order.
