I opted in for the free trial I opted in for the free trial, I couldn't see any prices unless I paid in full for the month. Well what's the point of a free trial? I've had nothing but a disappointing experience with these guys, I won't ever let my friends or family even think about utilizing this site. Save contacting me back worthpoint, I am appalled at what I just went through today and nothing more than a true free trial would fix it.

TOTALLY ROGUE PLATFORM. TOTALLY ROGUE PLATFORM. I cancelled my subscription within one hour of signing up having completed just one search that returned absolutely no information. When you sign up for the FREE TRIAL they take the first months subscription. I’ve requested a refund within there terms and conditions, but no response. I’ve been emailing Worthpoint everyday for a week, but no response at all. Don’t go near this ROGUE PLATFORM.

I did not join I did not join, but it seems to me that ANY website that insists you join, can't be good. That's like buying something, site unseen and then complaining about it when it arrives because it's a cardboard cutout. Just not worth my time.

Worthpoint's New App Version is Terrible Worthpoint, after their new version of the app rolled out, is basically worthless. The new app is horrible. Doesn't work with biometrics, login doesn't work right half the time, which leads to Worthpoint "locking" your account, which you can only get unlocked by contacting them during business hours. App logs you out (times out) faster than any of my banking or brokerage apps. I've been a customer for almost 15 years.

No customer service No customer service. They behave like they hate their customers. Constant harassment, selling your info, spam. They take automatic payments 2 months in advance so if you want to cancel, the following month has already been paid but they cancel service so steal a months' subscription. They conduct their business like shysters, which pretty much tells you what they think of their 'service'.
