GBNo customer service No customer service. They behave like they hate their customers. Constant harassment, selling your info, spam. They take automatic payments 2 months in advance so if you want to cancel, the following month has already been paid but they cancel service so steal a months' subscription. They conduct their business like shysters, which pretty much tells you what they think of their 'service'.

GBI have no idea who these people are but… I have no idea who these people are but somehow they have my credit card number and are charging my card for services I never ordered. Now they want more information about my review, I don't know what else to say. I never opened an account with them and will never do business with them. Yet they continue to charge my credit card through a bogus Paypal account. This is an obvious case of fraud that they couldn't care less about.

GBHave been selling on eBay for over 20… Have been selling on eBay for over 20 years--at times while researching an item, in effort to establish a realistic worth, I end up at Worthpoint. Having submitted in excess of 80,000 photographs for my 20 year user ids on eBay, not unusual for me to see a photo of an item which I had posted years ago. What allows Worthpoint to sell my photos ?

GBDouble billed me for 10 months and… Double billed me for 10 months and wouldn't refund me the $270 I overpaid. Not a very good database on top of it. STAY AWAY!! Now commenting on their message below. They know they messed and while they have refunded about $70, they still owe me $200. I spoke to them and tried to resolve this on the phone, and they admitted there was a glitch. They said I had to work it out with PayPal they said I had to work it out with Worthpoint. Months ago when I called I had to start a new account because I no longer had access to my old email address. They do not have the ability to change your email and thus if you change your email address or no longer have access to it, you have to start a new account. Convenient though how they still bill the old account - they know exactly what they are doing! They have my phone number and can call me but they would rather to comment on my feedback and do damage control to the public. All they have to do is call me and make me whole and I stop spreading the word about the reality of this bad app. Any above-board company will refund you on a double bill situation.
