Cancelled subscription still got billed no refund frm WP Cancelled subscription, got email from them acknowledging cancellation. They continued to then bill my Amex card. I did not notice for many months. Contacted Worthpoint, they said too bad they would not refund as it had been over 90 days. After contacting Amex and sending proof of cancellation, Amex only partially refunded some months. Many would call that fraud!

False advertising False advertising. I’m glad I have enough sense to research a company before agreeing to a free trial in which I need to put sensitive information online. Right under their pricing guide it says “buy and sell with confidence.” After looking online for a vintage toy for my daughter I stumbled upon it here, I was about to try it free and after reading the companies very own response to a review you CANNOT buy and sell on their web/app. Very misleading while trying to decipher payment terms. Why even have these pop up and make it look as if they’re available for purchase unless it’s a scam to unwittingly take peoples money through ACH every month, I mean how often do people remember to cancel. And how often do people need to price stuff. So annoying.

No customer service No customer service. They behave like they hate their customers. Constant harassment, selling your info, spam. They take automatic payments 2 months in advance so if you want to cancel, the following month has already been paid but they cancel service so steal a months' subscription. They conduct their business like shysters, which pretty much tells you what they think of their 'service'.

Have been selling on eBay for over 20… Have been selling on eBay for over 20 years--at times while researching an item, in effort to establish a realistic worth, I end up at Worthpoint. Having submitted in excess of 80,000 photographs for my 20 year user ids on eBay, not unusual for me to see a photo of an item which I had posted years ago. What allows Worthpoint to sell my photos ?

Double billed me for 10 months and… Double billed me for 10 months and wouldn't refund me the $270 I overpaid. Not a very good database on top of it. STAY AWAY!! Now commenting on their message below. They know they messed and while they have refunded about $70, they still owe me $200. I spoke to them and tried to resolve this on the phone, and they admitted there was a glitch. They said I had to work it out with PayPal they said I had to work it out with Worthpoint. Months ago when I called I had to start a new account because I no longer had access to my old email address. They do not have the ability to change your email and thus if you change your email address or no longer have access to it, you have to start a new account. Convenient though how they still bill the old account - they know exactly what they are doing! They have my phone number and can call me but they would rather to comment on my feedback and do damage control to the public. All they have to do is call me and make me whole and I stop spreading the word about the reality of this bad app. Any above-board company will refund you on a double bill situation.
