GBVery helpful customer service I was trying to look up information on a person using their username. One site led me to ID strong. Even though I didn't get the information I needed and the original search that I could find it, the customer service agent was very helpful and kind and help me cancel ID strong because that's not what I needed.

GBSomeone used my credit card after…hacking me Someone used my credit card after hacking me and opened up an account with id strong you had the email that was used and supplied me with the information and since I was not the one who opened the account with you you cancelled the account and said you would refund the charge of 19.95 to me. I suplied my e.mail address to the person so they could send the cancellation notice to me. she was very helpful and gracious with her attitude and told me you took these things very serious. I appreciate the atitude of your company.I also appreciate your help in clearing up this matter for me. Thank You

GBNeeds improvement I hate to do this..sorry...not enough information on the person you're looking up. You're cheaper than Been Verified but thats probably because they have way more info about the individual/s you're checking out.
