GBI read an article where wet/dry animal I read an article where wet/dry animal by-product foods are not good for my dog; article suggested dehydrated foods instead. I purchased Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food and my dog loves it. His intestines have calmed down and his fuzzy eating has improved. I will order this food again.

GBPurchased antibiotics for a sick farm… Purchased antibiotics for a sick farm animal. Was notified days later via email that one of the ordered items was out of stock and would be filled within 1 to 2 weeks. After 1 week I contacted the company asking the status of my order and got no response. Over a 5 week time period I attempted to contact the company several times with no response back. I cancelled the order online, per their company policies only to have them ship part of the order a week after cancellation. When they shipped the item they charged $36.95 shipping which was supposed to be free because my order was over $75. I paid $81 for a $40 bottle of meds and lost an animal's life because of this company's willful neglect. Would not recommend this company.

GBOrdered a bunch of products 1/19 BE AWARE!! Ordered a bunch of products 1/19 - never received them. Emailed customer service 5 times, got the first response said it’s back order for another two weeks and MIA afterwards. Called customer service number numerous times and it never picks up nor calls you later - also, the voice recording welcoming you as “ENTIRELYpets”??? And I went on entirelypets’ website, called their customer number, and it said “HEALTHYpets”?? Still the same background music and no response. Now I know both companies are scams and WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ECER FROM THEM.

GBWorst customer service (or, no customer service). Horrible. Ordered Dentees Star (chews for dogs), 2 packs. Received a box of Probiotic capsules. Ok, no problem, call and let them know, will exchange. Nope. This place is the WORST customer service experience - EVER. They don't answer the phone, (7 times called), answer emails with dummy notifications. Left voice mail for them to call me back (twice), never responded. Don't EVER think about buying from HealthPets.

GBOrdered pet beds on a two for one sale… Ordered pet beds on a two for one sale on February 14, 2023. Ordered status is still listed as awaiting fulfillment. Several inquiries made where I was promised products would be shipped that week but we’re not. Attempted to call customer service multiple times but they do not pick up. They have also stopped responding to emails. This company is a total scam and should be banned from social media. Do not order from them, you will pay and never receive your products.
