Worst customer service (or, no customer service). Horrible. Ordered Dentees Star (chews for dogs), 2 packs. Received a box of Probiotic capsules. Ok, no problem, call and let them know, will exchange. Nope. This place is the WORST customer service experience - EVER. They don't answer the phone, (7 times called), answer emails with dummy notifications. Left voice mail for them to call me back (twice), never responded. Don't EVER think about buying from HealthPets.

Great PROACTIVE Customer Service! Great customer service. In my case there was a delay with the item I ordered resulting in a brief back order. Healthy Pets quickly sent an e-mail followed by a phone call offering a refund if I chose not to wait for their inventory to be restocked. The wait was less than 2 weeks. They followed up with another e-mail when the item was shipped and another requesting assurance the item was received. This PROACTIVE practice is impressive and certainly encourages confidence in the company and repeat business!

Really helps my cat deal with arthritis. While shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, I was able to track the product easily, so knew when it had left the USA, was at Canadian Customs, was out for delivery, etc. This is the second order of "glucosamine for cats", and it continues to help my older cat seem younger. I will order again.

I received about 20 emails requesting… I received about 20 emails requesting my dog's script for his new heartworm pills (it was on auto refill). I called and spoke with a person, and I still continued to receive emails. I would have expected them to update the case. I sent an email telling them I had to pick up the script and mail it. I emailed when I mailed the script. I did receive the Sentinel though- price was about the same as last year which is a plus!

I just placed an order I just placed an order. Contrary to what is mentionned in their web site, they immediately charged an amount on my credit card. I did not received any confirmation or order number by email nor this transaction Appeals on my historic. Their web site is very difficulté navigate, the promotion code often disappear when i want to finalise my transaction. Shipping to Canada is 30$ for maybe less than 0.5 lbs. Now i don’t trust this company, so i sent a cancellation email for proof and wait for their response, otherwise i will complaint to my credit card to reverse the charge
