GBWorst customer service (or, no customer service). Horrible. Ordered Dentees Star (chews for dogs), 2 packs. Received a box of Probiotic capsules. Ok, no problem, call and let them know, will exchange. Nope. This place is the WORST customer service experience - EVER. They don't answer the phone, (7 times called), answer emails with dummy notifications. Left voice mail for them to call me back (twice), never responded. Don't EVER think about buying from HealthPets.

GBDO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! I insured my pet with Healthy pets for a number of years. My pet became ill and was eventually put to sleep. My claim process with Healthy Pets has been incredibly slow and painful, they will do anything not to pay you. My vet bills were in excess of £1,500 and i am being paid around £100 due to them demanding the balance on my policy plus exclusions they deem out of contract. Utter nonsense and i wholeheartedly recommend you look elsewhere to insure your pets

GBOrdered pet beds on a two for one sale… Ordered pet beds on a two for one sale on February 14, 2023. Ordered status is still listed as awaiting fulfillment. Several inquiries made where I was promised products would be shipped that week but we’re not. Attempted to call customer service multiple times but they do not pick up. They have also stopped responding to emails. This company is a total scam and should be banned from social media. Do not order from them, you will pay and never receive your products.

GBTerrible customer service Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.

GBThe item arrived on the date promised The item arrived on the date promised. Several of the tablets in the jar we opened arrived broken. Usually there are a few broken tablets at the bottom of the jar when we are almost finished with that jar, but this time there were broken tablets at the top, despite the top being jammed with cotton. It's impossible to tell if the damage was done in shipment from the factory to HealthyPets or from HealthyPets to me.
