GBWorst customer service (or, no customer service). Horrible. Ordered Dentees Star (chews for dogs), 2 packs. Received a box of Probiotic capsules. Ok, no problem, call and let them know, will exchange. Nope. This place is the WORST customer service experience - EVER. They don't answer the phone, (7 times called), answer emails with dummy notifications. Left voice mail for them to call me back (twice), never responded. Don't EVER think about buying from HealthPets.

GBOrdered a bunch of products 1/19 BE AWARE!! Ordered a bunch of products 1/19 - never received them. Emailed customer service 5 times, got the first response said it’s back order for another two weeks and MIA afterwards. Called customer service number numerous times and it never picks up nor calls you later - also, the voice recording welcoming you as “ENTIRELYpets”??? And I went on entirelypets’ website, called their customer number, and it said “HEALTHYpets”?? Still the same background music and no response. Now I know both companies are scams and WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING ECER FROM THEM.

GBDO NOT USE! DO NOT USE! I insured my pet with Healthy pets for a number of years. My pet became ill and was eventually put to sleep. My claim process with Healthy Pets has been incredibly slow and painful, they will do anything not to pay you. My vet bills were in excess of £1,500 and i am being paid around £100 due to them demanding the balance on my policy plus exclusions they deem out of contract. Utter nonsense and i wholeheartedly recommend you look elsewhere to insure your pets

GBTerrible customer service Company notified me after I placed my order that all of the items were out of stock. Instead of promptly issuing a refund, the email they sent asked me to call to discuss. I encountered long waits when trying to call and ultimately couldn't reach a human, so then I tried chat. A customer service representative named Yolanda joined the chat and said "no problem, one moment please" about issuing a full refund, and then 5 minutes passed, then 10, then 15, then 20 minutes of me asking "are you still here?"... but she never returned. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get my refund. Never again for me with this company.

GBI read an article where wet/dry animal I read an article where wet/dry animal by-product foods are not good for my dog; article suggested dehydrated foods instead. I purchased Dr. Marty Nature’s Blend freeze dried raw dog food and my dog loves it. His intestines have calmed down and his fuzzy eating has improved. I will order this food again.
