SCAM! Be aware This is a scam company, do not order! I have placed my order on 7th of January 2024 and they took the money on 08/01/2024. I have received a confirmation email of my order but nothing else. 3 weeks later I have emailed all the email addresses (both in UK and Romania) related to their business, inquiring about my order or requesting at least a despatch notification but I did not receive any replies, some emails did not go through as the email address was no longer in use. Another 2 weeks later I have tried calling both numbers both in UK and Romania, and no calls went through. This is a huge scam, be aware and stay away. I have reported to my bank and I am waiting for a resolution.

However, I never received my order, and my attempts to contact the seller have gone unanswered. It's clear that this website is operated by scammers. This company should be shut for good… This company should be shut for good for scamming people. I have ordered 6 bottles of wine and received only 4. I have made a complaint via email and didn't hear back from them. I have to see what is going on and, eventually, someone answered the phone. I've been told they will investigate and will come back to me. I've been scammed for about £55. This is a disgrace. Do not order from them.
