GBOrder nearly 2 months late I ordered a bikini from them in May, which was advertised to be delivered in early June. The bikini has still not arrived even though we are most of the way through summer. They have advertised that the bikini is back in stock (~3 weeks ago) and are coordinating influencer content to drive new revenue when customers have yet to receive their orders. For a brand led business, this is disappointing behavior. They should be focusing on delivering orders for the payments they have already taken rather than driving new orders when they clearly can’t fulfill the promises made…

GBFabulous customer service Fabulous customer service! Had to exchange an item due to size, and then a back order. Along every step of the way, the customer representative, (Helen?), kept me informed about the status of my order. I felt certain she would do everything in her power to make sure the order was correct. Also, I give 5 stars to the quality of the products we’ve ordered.
