Bought two swimsuits and exchanged one… Bought two swimsuits and exchanged one for a different size. Customer services team were really helpful and sorted the exchange very quickly. Absolutely love the pieces and get complimented on them whenever I wear them!

There’s about a dozen different ways I can we’re these three pieces to expand my current summer wardrobe effortlessly, couldn’t be happier

Fabulous customer service Fabulous customer service! Had to exchange an item due to size, and then a back order. Along every step of the way, the customer representative, (Helen?), kept me informed about the status of my order. I felt certain she would do everything in her power to make sure the order was correct. Also, I give 5 stars to the quality of the products we’ve ordered. Terrible customer service I bought 2 swimsuits on March 31st, I have emailed their customer service twice & messaged them on their website to get an update on my order & have received no reply at all. I’m heading off on holiday next week & unlikely to have them at this stage. I understand that delays can happen but not getting any replies is beyond disappointing. Will never buy from them again
