Even though I ordered with the fastest shipping, they refunded the shipping fee, sent it express anyways and let me know that they were having difficulties with FedEx/UPS right away. WRONG ITEM SENT & NO RESPONSE I ordered a necklace for a birthday gift from Divon on not on the high street. I received my item after 5 working days to open it to realise they have sent the complete wrong necklace (opposite to what I ordered) I then tried to contact them via their live chat. No answer. I then contacted them through email, again no answer. I have now been dealing through not on the high street directly to get this resolved with a full refund. Won’t order from them again.. due to their huge error and lack of response.
