Fantastic first ever purchase with Sign I purchased my first ever bag with Sign of the Times (who have a lovely store in Sloane Square as well), and the bag was delivered on time (as I paid additional for express shipping) & great quality for the price I paid for a vintage Chanel. I’ve been more truly impressed with the after sales support that I’ve received from Alba - in dealing with all my queries about the bag and looking after it. I would highly recommend :) X

Brilliant online presence! Living in the north east means that I can’t always get down to London to do designer second hand shopping but SOTT makes this so much easier with their website and online platform. Their descriptions and ‘fits as’ sizing has really helped and having bought a few items over the last year I haven’t had to return any as sizing is perfect, quality is amazing and value is brilliant! Love visiting them when I’m down south but also love their online experience too!

Poor customer service I was not made aware when I returned the clothes in person that Sales items were not refundable but just credited. This was very frustrating and maybe should be made clearer on their web page. I explained that I lived locally but had a broken wrist and that is why I had to order the clothes on line. I don't see why sales goods should be treated any differently than their other clothes. They had the clothes back again promptly to resell. Their credit note is only valid for 3 months which is also very unfair. It is also very difficult to get through to them on the phone. I left 3 voicemails and no one returned my calls

Absolutely amazing… I brought my first handbag from sign of the times this month and I can’t recommend this company more highly. The handbag was in far better condition than I originally thought and cleaned up just like new. The delivery was super quick and the the communication is so friendly. I’m so pleased to have discovered this company and can’t wait to make another purchase soon 😊

I bought two products initially I bought two products initially, which were both of exceptional quality and I adore my burgundy Miu Miu bag. I subsequent bought another bag which had a mark on it which wasn’t visible on the pictures. But returning the item was easy, the staff were very apologetic and offered to pay for the bag to be cleaned. I will be using as this as my go to second hand site from now on!
