Do not purchase from them Do not purchase from them, instead order from Zudo. I ordered my custom made jewelry in November 2023, not sure if they made a mistake with my Address, but my package was returned back to Nominal, after back and forth e-mails they pretended it was being investigated and will get back to me once the fulfillment team contacts them they will reach out to me. It is now March and still have not received my package or got any other update.

I love Nominal and it has always… I love Nominal and it has always provided me with amazing, high quality, and beautiful jewelry, and the custom name necklace is no different. I love it and wears it everyday. And mine has an extender so I can wear it shorter or longer. I will say that the extended sometime rotates to front but that is to be expected of any necklace. I thought the necklace would poke me but wearing it everyday, I have had very few instances when that happened and I didn’t hurt. It was simply uncomfortable. Overall, I love this necklace dearly and I love Nominal

Appaling customer service. Appaling customer service. Cancelled order as customs charge was £50!!! Nominal said this was fine and that they would contact the courier to return the parcel and arrange a refund. 3 weeks on and I have no product, no refund and no contact. Absolutely disgusting service. Avoid at all costs!

I’ve purchased several pieces from them… I’ve purchased several pieces from them and none of them tarnish! If there is ever an issue or question with my order they respond quickly and are so helpful and sweet when doing so. I will always support this company. 10/10 jewelry & 10/10 customer service. Also the fact that they give to charity makes it even better.
