Very long delivery time... I ordered two bracelets on Feb 6th and it's now Feb 28th and I still don't have them. I have had contact with the customer service but they told me that because of the amount of orders they got for Valentine's day there was a delay. If you can't keep up with your orders you shouldn't promise something to be delivered in 3-5 days...

Bracelets are great quality Bracelets are great quality - heavy duty and not flimsy or too bendable. The personalization is why I gave this a 4/5 stars. I wish the numbers were just a little larger and more centered. They’re closer to the top of the bracelet than in the middle. But that’s no big deal. I still love it! 🥰

shipping this is my second time ordering from here, the first time went good, but the second time it took almost a month for the order to get to me. I contacted the custom cuff support and they were very helpful, I just didn’t expect it to take almost a month. I still haven’t received the order yet and is still waiting, during this time I wonder about a refund but I read their policy and they only give refunds under certain circumstances which is understandable. i understand it takes a while for them to customize and ship it out, but isn’t a month a bit too long to wait. prepared myself not to expect so fast delivery I ordered Custom Minimal Charm Necklace set/gold for myself and my husband to surprise my husband and I received it in 9 business day in Sydney. Before i made my purchase i read reviews of trustpilot and just prepared myself not to expect so fast delivery. And after all i am really happy for product, tracking and delivery. But still i wanted to know estimated arrival date. I wish CC really should try to inform us with estimated arrival date which sets clear expectations for us and stay calm… not get nervous checking tracking everyday. The product was exactly what I expected. It is beautiful and good quality. My husband loved it so much. We absolutely love to have beautiful and unique necklace with our newborn’s birth data on it. Hope to wear it for long and keep it for our daughter.
