They provided a way of getting my size right, the website has excellent images of designs and gives good descriptions. Following my order, they sent emails to let me know where they are up to in the making. After receiving the hat (in good condition) I had follow up questions which were dealt with personally, very promptly, and politely. If there were six stars, I'd give them.

Status of the production of my hats and shipping details have always been advised and arrival here in New Zealand eagerly awaited. Five days from shipping to delivery has been the best so far.
