Buyer Beware Retraction Hello again. I'm writing my review based on customer service. After my Buyer Beware review, I have had several emails from Helen Francis, Supervisor of Customer Service & one from Joseph Michael, Customer Success Manager. Both were very apologetic regarding my experience & I really appreciate that. I am in the process of ordering another jacket, hopefully there will be no issues. Also, I noticed the first jacket I ordered has been removed from the selections (that's a good thing). I will write another review once I receive my jacket. Hopefully no issues!!!

The company was a great company to… The company was a great company to order from they are right on the ball with orders. I ordered 2 jackets for my husband and I. I got the brown right away and then got my husband a few weeks later. I was afraid that it was a mistake and contact the company and they contacted me immediately and told me what was going on and the keep me updated on the jacket. I have never worked with a company that really cared for there customers as much as they did. The best company ever and caring. Would recommend this company for a beautiful leather jacket or anything else that it in the store.

Not as advertised Ordered a jacket for my friend for Christmas, which costed me almost $190. The jacket I received says it is a 2x but it is child size, I needed a 2x men's, which is what was advertised when ordering, not a child's jacket. I tried to use their return portal and every time I put my order information in it gave me a "server error". I sent an email and I am currently waiting on a response so that I can return this item.

My experience was great! My experience was great!! I read previous reviews before ordering and thankfully, I was not let down. The customer service was very helpful, my jacket was too small and I sent an email and received a return label asap. Soon after I received a full refund and purchased the same jacket a larger size. The leather is soft and beautiful! The color is beautiful and since I'm giving this jacket to my 85 year old, very cool mother; I plan to get one for myself.

Quick service, quality merchandise, good prices! I've purchased coats from this company three times now. They always arrive fairly quickly and very well packed. The coats themselves are of beautiful quality, fit as they should, and priced very reasonably. I highly recommend Fan Jackets, I'll be buying from them again in the future.
