Nice workmanship Nice workmanship, quality shows. Haven't attached to my watch so I can't comment on that. The length is approximately the same as a a Fitbit replacement band (large). The leather is very stiff and will need to be broken in before it becomes comfortable to wear. All in all very pleased. PS Your customer service is great.

Bogus Customer Service Phone Number My case and wallet combination started to come unstitched within a couple days of it arriving. I tried to contact the customer service phone number however the recording hangs up on you after it tells you its going to put you through to a rep. I tried 3 separate times and it disconnects at the same point in the recording each time. Seems intentional. If I'm wrong and OXA will reach out to me via email and fix this situation I will absolutely be willing to change my rating. I don't like doing business with companies that I can't reach by phone, it seems sketchy to me.

We received an incorrect size case We received an incorrect size case. While the quality looked good the size was incorrect. Needed a case for iPhone XS and received XSM. We emailed back requesting instructions on how to return it to exchange for correct size, and after several weeks and two requests no response. Could not find any numbers to call on the website so returned by UPS with a letter of explanation and request for an exchange - and have still heard nothing back. Nice product but so far poor customer service.

Prompt attention and good quality I had an issue with original order that keep showing it was in the post office in the original shipped city. After calling Oxa, they order another one of which this time they shipped it via UPS. The quality of leather and workmanship is very good and I am happy purchasing it.
