GBWARNING- DO NOT PURCHASE BREDA… WARNING- DO NOT PURCHASE BREDA PRODUCTS FROM UK. I have had a shocking experience when purchasing a gold plated Breda watch from the US. The original deal looked quite good $250 reduced down to $180 for a Elemental Breda Watch so I decided to buy it. I was a bit annoyed at the $45 delivery fee and the $40 tax on top but this was told before purchase so I can't complain. I thought £220 for a good watch from the source isn't too bad. How wrong I was... I was told in order to get my watch I'd need to pay another £45 in VAT in the UK. Annoying but bareable. Then when I received the watch it was beyond terrible. The face was smudged, scratched and cracked - no where near the quality you would expect of a £5 watch let alone a £200 watch. Dissapointed I looked to see their return policy which according to them 'are easy and hassle free' - but they are looking to charge me an additional $72 to return a faulty product. In total I'll be losing easily over £100 to return this faulty low quality product - no phone number to ring only an email. Will update if they have anything to say but in the meantime STAY AWAY FROM BREDA - it is borderline a SCAM with so many hidden fees.

DEDon’t buy the pulse Watch I am very dissatisfied with the product, it is simply extremely poorly implemented technically. You can't read the time, the movement should have jumped around or flip (not a native speaker), instead of turning, the numbers are usually not completely visible and barely recognizable. Even when visible, they are so small that you can hardly read anything. So it has to be a perfect light situation, takes time to encode the display + your eyes and Vision have to be absolutely perfect to get the Chance to read the time. Due to the high postage, the high customs costs and the inexplicably high processing fees for a return, it is not worth sending it back (at least from Germany). Customer feedback is not responded to in an accommodating manner. Poor service, poor product, a miserable customer experience overall. The Design is nice tho. If you want to have a bracelet, go for it, if you want a watch that can tell the time: stay away from the pulse.

GBTaxes issue, resolved with customer service I originally had an issues with paying double taxes when ordering from the UK. They have since resolved the issue! GBHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are impossible to get in touch with. They did help with my shipping cost and price adjustment. However, you have to be a pain in the butt for a response. They are charging me for a return label I did not use—horrible customer support. The watches are not worth dealing with service like this. Update: The company did reach out about the policy for refusal of the package, and I completely understand the fee now. However, this could have been solved earlier if they had phone support. They also told me that the fee was a return fee, not a refusal fee. HERE IS THE EMAIL "So after reaching out to our fulfillment team, they confirmed with us that this order was refused by the carrier resulting in us charging you the return processing fee. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you" STAY FAR AWAY THIS COMPANY HAS TO MANY FEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
