GBproblem resolved... They use the excuse that they are a small business for reasons of the lack of getting back to you with order issues. Jewelry is small in sizes. That of a child. Took 3 emails and 2 weeks for someone to get back to me, only to be told it was too late to even exchange for a store credit. Stay away. ________________________________________________ I am updating this review from a 1 star to a 5 star based on the fact that "Elegatto" apparently implemented to a new program to resolve complaints and issues, and in this particular case they did... and beyond Thank you.

GBHappy customer I’m amending my initial review. After contacting the company about a poor experience and defective materials, I was pleased to receive a personal response from customer service. I received a replacement bracelet of very good quality. I love their style and my husband is happy!

GBI ordered a bracelet for my husband I ordered a bracelet for my husband. It arrived in good time but unfortunately is too big despite us measuring the size. I completed the return and exchange details and then received an email to say my request was rejected as I did not choose the option to ship and pay for the item myself. The other option was to get a return label generated which I naturally chose. I have emailed the company 4 times now and received no reply. This is appalling customer service and I now have a wasted birthday present which is useless. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying from this company.

GBBeware ordering from these people Beware ordering from these people. The bracelet I ordered for my husband looks way different from website. It is very thin, and feminine looking. I tried to return for a refund, however they would only offer to replace it with the same bracelet, or give me store credit. I actually don't trust ordering anything else from them, and I certainly don't need another of the same bracelet. Apparently, you're supposed to read all the FAQ's before ordering from them, and then you would know they don't do refunds.

GBZero star should be the review Zero star should be the review. Extremely bad customer service, their never reply!! Make sure you are looking at the return conditions: once you buy, you cannot send back and get refunded. You MUST buy again. Also, the horseshoe shackle is impossible to close by yourself. The C-clasp is easier but the size you need differs depending the buckle you chose. And if you want to change this, you just pay fees to make any exchange. In short, products are very basics, nothing special and the customer service is horrible, or better said non-existent. Avoid this website site!
