GBunparalleled I came upon shop vida when I became frustrated with the horrible fit of previous masks I had painstakingly put up with on my face; They are much more comfortable and high quality as evident by the obvious high quality and build of each mask. I have one so far and have just ordered another. Customer service is excellent.

GBplease email me back. Masks came fairly quickly (compared to other reviews on here), but COVID vaccine protectors are at standstill. Don’t need them now, as I purchased them in July in anticipation to a trip we are taking next week. They won’t cancel the order or refund, even though it hasn’t shipped. The website said and still says that they will ship within 1-3 business days. It’s been 20 business days. Just update your website accordingly so you stop scamming people. Also - if you are copying and pasting your canned reply, don’t bother…just email me back.

HKEar loop toggle split on first try I ordered 4 solid colour masks, 2 of which (thankfully) came with replacement toggles for the ear loops. The very first time I tried to put one of the masks on, one of the loop toggles split down the middle. After trying to get the loop through one of the replacement toggles many times unsuccessfully I eventually had to resort to sewing one of the loops. I may just have to sew all of them just in case the other ear loop toggle splits unexpectedly.

GBI ordered 30 FDA registered kids KN95… I ordered 30 FDA registered kids KN95 masks on 8/16. Order arrived on 09/13. No manufacturer information, no manufacturing date, no shipping slip, no receipt included. Masks came in 6 thin plastic bags (5 each). This is seriously wrong! Who can trust the quality and safety of such products?! I emailed vida immediately and asked for return and refund. After 4 rounds of email correspondence, vida still refused to refund me. I contacted my credit card bank today. Will see how it goes.

GBWatch out - Fake protection masks Watch out!!! This company is trying to sell by creating confusion… their masks are NOT certified against ANY recognized protection standard. They announce themselves as KN95 compliance, however, they do not have proof for it. These masks are stamped with M95 rating which is not recognized by any authority and they do not offer any data to support their protection level. They are selling overpriced masks with no evidence they can backup the claims they make.
