Beautiful scarf! I purchased a beautiful hand painted scarf. The colors were as vibrant as the photo depicted and the material was nice quality. I was extremely pleased with it! It took a little long to arrive but that was communicated up front since it was traveling from afar and it definitely arrived within the expected time and was most definitely worth the wait! I ordered as a gift and can't wait to purchase another!

Save your time and just report them as fraudulent to you credit card company! Ordered masks on 8/9, product page said masks were "in stock" and ships in 5-7 days. After trying to reach out to support a few days later they said they reserved the right for it to be 10-15 business days. I'm at a loss, and will be reporting them to my credit card vendor as fraudulent Friday morning. For those also at a loss for what to do, their CEO appears to be very focused on being a speaker at a high profile tech conference called SXSW. Feel free to google "Umaimah Mendhro Panel Picker" and down vote her panel's selection to send a message that her company has been anything but "RESILIENT". Oh, and BTW, IF Vida responds to this it will be a pasted message that basically says all the same things under every other comment here.

Ear loop toggle split on first try I ordered 4 solid colour masks, 2 of which (thankfully) came with replacement toggles for the ear loops. The very first time I tried to put one of the masks on, one of the loop toggles split down the middle. After trying to get the loop through one of the replacement toggles many times unsuccessfully I eventually had to resort to sewing one of the loops. I may just have to sew all of them just in case the other ear loop toggle splits unexpectedly.
