Disappointed Metal nose piece is nothing more than a twist tie found on a loaf of bread, rubber pieces to adjust the length of ear straps arrived broken. Not sure how this brand received such glowing media reviews. **Appreciate that the company reached out due to this review, however, each replacement received has been defective with either a broken earpiece adjuster or problematic nose piece. Thank you for responding, customer service has done what they can at this point.

We ordered masks on 8/10 and have… We ordered masks on 8/10 and have received part of the order. The KN-95 masks don't even have an estimated shipping date. According to their chart, those items are not delayed, but there is no update or information on when they will be out for shipping. Really disappointed at the lack of communication and transparency. They need to have a customer service number too.

Great fit and unique colors and patterns! I love these masks. A little bummed they came out with better patters literally right after I submitted an order for solid colored masks. They fit myself and my abnormally big partner and his beard surprisingly. It doesn’t fit him anymore because he lost it...

please email me back. Masks came fairly quickly (compared to other reviews on here), but COVID vaccine protectors are at standstill. Don’t need them now, as I purchased them in July in anticipation to a trip we are taking next week. They won’t cancel the order or refund, even though it hasn’t shipped. The website said and still says that they will ship within 1-3 business days. It’s been 20 business days. Just update your website accordingly so you stop scamming people. Also - if you are copying and pasting your canned reply, don’t bother…just email me back.

Poor customer service Even though there has been a disclaimer on their site that orders take 10-15 business days to process, we are beyond that time frame with no communication. This company is clearly not able to meet demand and good luck trying to get a response, or your masks. If you decide to try your luck, pay with a method that you can dispute later if you get scammed.
