Bad experience
GBTerrible experience Terrible experience. Please donot use this companies service. This company using COVID situation to scam people. The website showed K95 kids masks as available and I paid extra for expedited shipping. The masks are already overpriced but still I trusted based on an article I read for mask recommendations. Order was placed on 8/2 for KN95 masks and after multiple emails and Twitter messages they sent me M95c masks which are essentially dust masks. When I questioned them their answer was their vendor ships M95c when they don’t have KN95. Their service is terrible and stay away from these SCAMMERS. Dispute your bank and get your money bank.

GBDO NOT RECOMMEND VIDA DO NOT RECOMMEND VIDA. FALSE ADVERTISING. As a physician in the midst of this pandemic, I take protecting my children seriously. I purchased KN95 masks from Vida but received M95c masks. This was not disclosed during the ordering process. I expected KN95 masks that are approved by a trusted source, not this substitute. The Lutema masks I received are deemed counterfeit by the CDC. search "cdc NIOSH mask counterfeit"

GBGreat fit and unique colors and patterns! I love these masks. A little bummed they came out with better patters literally right after I submitted an order for solid colored masks. They fit myself and my abnormally big partner and his beard surprisingly. It doesn’t fit him anymore because he lost it...

GBunparalleled I came upon shop vida when I became frustrated with the horrible fit of previous masks I had painstakingly put up with on my face; They are much more comfortable and high quality as evident by the obvious high quality and build of each mask. I have one so far and have just ordered another. Customer service is excellent.

HKEar loop toggle split on first try I ordered 4 solid colour masks, 2 of which (thankfully) came with replacement toggles for the ear loops. The very first time I tried to put one of the masks on, one of the loop toggles split down the middle. After trying to get the loop through one of the replacement toggles many times unsuccessfully I eventually had to resort to sewing one of the loops. I may just have to sew all of them just in case the other ear loop toggle splits unexpectedly.
