Slow dispatch, missing items, no response. Had to chase them to send my parcel, finally received items and some were missing, others were dirty!?!? contacted them to replace missing items, they said they would immediately. Have now had no update, and now no replies to emails.

Just another reseller- plus items missing buys their stock wholesale from China- didn’t even change the boxes of the items that say “Made in China. Designed and distributed by X”. Was hit with €30 customs charge ordering from Ireland- could have bought cheaper from China myself. The items were also supposed to come with 2 incense cones each- none of which were not included.
