Slow dispatch, missing items, no response. Had to chase them to send my parcel, finally received items and some were missing, others were dirty!?!? contacted them to replace missing items, they said they would immediately. Have now had no update, and now no replies to emails.

SCAM EDIT: After a few months I got my money back. I had to follow up on it again. So I think they might have forgotten it. ---------------- SCAM Don't order your products here if you are from outside the UK. I ordered something for Christmas. They tried to come to my door once (I don't even know for sure if they tried nobody at home heard anything). When I got back to them they mentioned the item was already on its way back to the UK after one supposed try. I had to pay extraordinary high shipment costs for a second chance, so I just asked for a refund. Now after 3 MONTHS I still haven't received my refund. They stole 60 euros from me.

Disappointing I purchased a couple of hair clips from this store, one of them arrived broken. I was disappointed with the quality of the clips. I contacted the store to see if I could return the clip and have a new one sent out to me. I received a reply from the store advising me that it was strange the clip was broken as they had never had this issue with this type of clip before and could I send a picture to them. I didn't feel that this was very professional, the clip was broken and wouldn't close, I had paid £5.99 for it and all I was looking to do was send it back and have a replacement, I wasn't asking for a refund. I sent a picture and they replied to say that it was indeed broken and they would send me a replacement. I never did receive a replacement. It just feels like a bit of a waste of money which is a shame as I like to support small businesses. The hair clips are pretty but poor quality and the customer service made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend.
