Ajouter has such beautiful items but… Ajouter has such beautiful items but they are hardly ever open so it makes it makes it difficult to shop. I have tried ordering online but it was super slow (took over three weeks) and there was no response from them. Such a shame 💔

Absolutely love the earrings -

I have been emailing them for days or… I have been emailing them for days or via the link on their website, no response. I also wrote on Instagram, but I saw that they did not respond... not there either. But then where do they answer? the explanation is that it's a small business...that's no reason, you have to pay attention to it awkwardly, after so many bad reviews.

Order didn’t turn up Ordered 12th December, apparently was shipped Royal Mail 24 hour tracked. Never turned up. They said they would resend, by 17th January still nothing. Ended up requesting refund.
