Shady customer service.. So I've got to say, I was all about these guys and their company when I received my first pair as a gift.. So after many compliments and "where did you get those", I decided to give a few pairs out myself as Christmas gifts this past year(2018).. Was super excited when my package arrived, opened it up and unfortunately one of the pairs were scratched on the lens.. I'm thinking, ah man, that's inconvenient, but I'm sure these guys will fix the problem.. Not so much.. We explained the problem to Jeremiah through email with an apologetic response saying the problem would be fixed, that he would look for the same model or similar and let us know.. We explained we weren't picky and understood they do small batch and there are limited choices and to let us know.. So after several weeks now and several emails to them at Colorado Glasses, we have yet to even get another response.. We are still hoping and waiting that they will correct the problem, but just wanted other customers to be aware of their poor customer service..

Great glasses! After wearing these glasses for a few days they are definitely the best ones I have bought. They are not flimsy and they have a great style.

Customer service is inadequate Customer service is inadequate - only possible communication is via email in which a response time is extremely delayed.

Great Glasses Great Glasses But when I put them on they looked more fitting for women. My wife is happy. I wish you had a local location to try them on before purchasing

Customer service needs a serious overhaul I'm experiencing the same issue as the reviewer directly below-I can't get a response from anyone! I ordered two pairs of glasses (one for myself and one as a gift) back in November 2018. A few weeks into wearing my new glasses, the pin holding the lens into the frame in my pair popped out. It's been well over two weeks and I still have no reply from anyone at the company after multiple emails looking for an update on a replacement pair I was informed would be sent to me over a month ago. Going dark is not good business...
