DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars! *** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***

pretty good considering circumstances with this coronavirus deal, i expected a delay in shipping. i ordered the product in january and it arrived at the beginning of may. that is okay, i understand that safety is first. the print does look like my dog, and the blanket is very soft. but i am a little disappointed in the quality of the product. i spent $80 on a blanket that is kind of cheap. Barkly was friendly in replying to me, but i really wish they sent me more updates about the situation with covid but i had to go to them instead. overall, the blanket is nice although i wish it wasn’t so much money, and i understand that shipping was difficult during this hard time. thanks, Barkly.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They shipped me the completely wrong order, even after I checked with them to make sure it would come correct. I have email proof with them assuring me it would be correct. I get the product 2 months later, incorrect. All they are offering me is 50% off to make a new order........ HORRIBLE.

Phenomenal!!!! Although the shipping took a little while longer than expected, the outcome was amazing! I NEVER thought the products would turn out so awesome! My doggies look phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier to share that the intentions I had for the product I ordered were to give to my mother as a birthday present and she loves it!

Lack of communication... Can’t really review the product as i still have not received it after ordering on the 26th of Feb. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, instead of them getting in contact with their customer and providing updates with the changing situation. you have to reach out after the shipping period is long over for them to tell you another 25 days. I would not be so disappointed if they had reached out to advise in the extended time in delivery, instead of leaving their customers in the dark.
