DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars! *** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***

Not working as 100% as expected but I'm… Not working as 100% as expected but I'm still somewhat happy with the results after a couple of years. The problem is that the support has ended and I feel that I will not have any feedback in the future if it goes wrong as I've seen in many other users claiming such.

Impossible to contact Very unhappy that I cannot get into contact with anyone! In less than a month they seem to have magically disappear, but happily took our money and didn't send the full order! All we are asking is for our order to be chased up and someone to reply!

I even used this business for a blanket I had made for my boyfriend who’s cat passed away and when he got this gift it was so special to him he was speechless. Broken order… I was so thrilled to get my order, but I got so disappointed when it arrived. Could barely see that it was my dog even though the picture I sent was good.. Ordered 2 coffee cups and they were both broken. Pieces all over the box and 1 of the handles to the cups was completely off so had to throw it away.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER THE COFFEE CUPS!
