GBI thoroughly enjoy my product but due… I thoroughly enjoy my product but due to the shipping company I had to wait 2 months to get it. The employees at Barkly were very kind and made mee a new product and sent it on Express shipping where I got it within a week.

AULack of communication... Can’t really review the product as i still have not received it after ordering on the 26th of Feb. Customer service has been absolutely terrible, instead of them getting in contact with their customer and providing updates with the changing situation. you have to reach out after the shipping period is long over for them to tell you another 25 days. I would not be so disappointed if they had reached out to advise in the extended time in delivery, instead of leaving their customers in the dark.

GBImpossible to Contact Barkly is impossible to contact. We have been waiting for our order for over a month now, and the blanket we ordered still has not been created or processed. I've sent them message after message without any response. Hoping a bad review will finally get their attention so I can find out why nothing has been done yet. We won't be ordering from Barkly again. Waste of time and money.

GBBad case After only having this for just under a month, the ink is already starting to rub off and the graphic is getting harder to see. The case is also very flimsy and provides little protection. I should not have spent such a large amount of money for a poor product and I would like a refund.
