Broken order… I was so thrilled to get my order, but I got so disappointed when it arrived. Could barely see that it was my dog even though the picture I sent was good.. Ordered 2 coffee cups and they were both broken. Pieces all over the box and 1 of the handles to the cups was completely off so had to throw it away.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ORDER THE COFFEE CUPS!

I wish I had checked this website before I ordered, trying to get a refund under their 30 day return policy, no answer to numerous emails and they obviously don’t post bad reviews on their own website! I would like to give it minus stars! *** Have now reported them to PayPal, please do the same if you’ve had problems***

Impossible to Contact Barkly is impossible to contact. We have been waiting for our order for over a month now, and the blanket we ordered still has not been created or processed. I've sent them message after message without any response. Hoping a bad review will finally get their attention so I can find out why nothing has been done yet. We won't be ordering from Barkly again. Waste of time and money.

I thoroughly enjoy my product but due… I thoroughly enjoy my product but due to the shipping company I had to wait 2 months to get it. The employees at Barkly were very kind and made mee a new product and sent it on Express shipping where I got it within a week.

Disappointed Not impressed with how long it's taken to get my blanket. I haven't gotten it yet and it's been over a month since I ordered it. I contacted support and they only told me what I already knew. It's been sitting in a warehouse waiting for a label for over 2 weeks. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my fiance and I haven't been able to give it to him yet.
