GBQuality Artwork I've purchased about 10 relief, etched, and duo-tone mugs through the years. Americaware has not disappointed me with the artwork and quality of the mugs. The company packs the mugs in bubble wrap so they won't break or chip. Also, the mugs provide wonderful memories of places I've visited every time I pour a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. They are also great conversation pieces when I have guests. I look forward to when Americaware expands its selections of states and national parks.

GBPacking concerns and quality of item I was very concerned that the coffee mugs I ordered would be broken but they were packed so well I was impressed. One thing your company could do better is make the handle stronger on the coffee mugs because the reason I bought two more is the handle broke easily on the first one

GBI received my order in a timely manner I received my order in a timely manner. All six mugs were very well wrapped and the interior of the box also contained protective bubble wrap. My items arrived in perfect condition! Thank you Americaware!

GBRighting my wrong I placed an order for the wrong item and since the items were hadn’t been processed yet i was accommodated to cancel and reorder the correct items. The smile on my dad’s face when he saw the Philadelphia mugs is priceless!!!
