Quality Artwork I've purchased about 10 relief, etched, and duo-tone mugs through the years. Americaware has not disappointed me with the artwork and quality of the mugs. The company packs the mugs in bubble wrap so they won't break or chip. Also, the mugs provide wonderful memories of places I've visited every time I pour a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. They are also great conversation pieces when I have guests. I look forward to when Americaware expands its selections of states and national parks.

Great coffee mug Great coffee mug. It's one of my favorites mostly because of the large handle and curve of the lip. My only complaint is that it chips very easily. I barely banged the lip and it chipped. It was my fault, but I do wish it were slightly more rugged as it was a gift, and life happens no matter how careful you are.

Righting my wrong I placed an order for the wrong item and since the items were hadn’t been processed yet i was accommodated to cancel and reorder the correct items. The smile on my dad’s face when he saw the Philadelphia mugs is priceless!!!
