Packing concerns and quality of item I was very concerned that the coffee mugs I ordered would be broken but they were packed so well I was impressed. One thing your company could do better is make the handle stronger on the coffee mugs because the reason I bought two more is the handle broke easily on the first one

Found a new replacement for my spouses… Found a new replacement for my spouses favorite coffee cup which was broken after 20 years of enjoyment. Arrived carefully packed as promised. Very happy!

Great coffee mug Great coffee mug. It's one of my favorites mostly because of the large handle and curve of the lip. My only complaint is that it chips very easily. I barely banged the lip and it chipped. It was my fault, but I do wish it were slightly more rugged as it was a gift, and life happens no matter how careful you are.

BEAUTIFUL Mugs!!! The beautiful mugs I bought are top-notch. Would like the handle to be just a little thicker since I hope to use these mugs forever. I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the shipping costs, which I thought were outrageous unless & until I bought $50 worth of merchandise, and then the shipping was free. But the mugs were sooo nice, and very reasonably priced, that I won’t hesitate to buy more.
