Excellent experience with Remi Excellent experience from start to finish with Remi. They provide feedback on your first set of impressions which helped guide me to getting the second set of impressions correct. Received my first set of night guards in less than two weeks. I immediately experienced less jaw pain and headaches after I started using my night guards. Would highly recommend.

I honestly haven't received any… I honestly haven't received any retainers in the past year+ I honestly didn't know ya'll were still charging me! Please send two top mouth retainers and an impression kit for free. I have been using dentist provided retainers since I got a permanent dental bridge on my bottom jaw 2years ago or more. I will get an exact date from my dentist on when I got that work done and forward you a copy so you can properly refund me for items not receiving or used. I do really like your company and I think you offer a good product I have had no work done to the top of my teeth so I would be so happy to get retainers for that because the ones from the dentist aren't looking so great and I would love to get a new impression kit as well as a refund when I can provide you with the information as to when I got the work done because I haven't recieved a single shipment from your company since then, and maybe before I know since then at the very least. 10/10! The experience was amazing! I've had to wear a nightguard for 10+ years now, and getting them from the dentist is expensive and a hassle. This process was so easy. The first Remi ones I got were too thin (because I clench my teeth a lot at night) and my teeth were sore in the morning. Once I notified Remi, they sent me a new set at their highest level of thickness (3mm I think). This is perfect for what I need and WAY more comfortable that what I would purchase from the dentist. The only thing I think Remi can do better is giving more context and guidance around thickness level.

NOT WORTH IT...they have my money and I have NO retainers We received the impression kit and made two sets of each after watching the video (I have made impressions for other services and this one is the most error prone and finicky I've even done!). They make you take photos of the impressions for them to OK before sending. After they said they didn't think they were going to work, I asked for another impression kit so we could make more since that's what they said they needed. Its been almost a month since I asked for the kit and still it has not been sent. You pay up front so...they have my money ($170), and I don't have retainers, and I have no recourse. Ive contacted them over 5 times now asking for an update and have gotten the run around every time (all via email...its slow and not the most direct route to communicate!). Its taken way too long and required too much follow up to be worth it. I have asked to cancel and get a refund but no response both times. I should have just gone to my dentist and saved myself the hassle.

I recommend Remi I recommend Remi. They had been so good in following up with their customers including support. The price is reasonable and I recommend getting the membership option. Don't settle for less. Settle for Remi!
