GBSKETCHY I had a subscription with them to receive new guards every 6 months. They were always at least a month late & they’d take about a week to respond to my emails. The guards wore out very quickly too. I shudder to think how much microplastic Ive ingested from these things. When I decided to cancel my subscription, I explicitly told them to discard my dental imprints - I didn’t feel comfortable with them keeping those on file. They blatantly ignored my request. So now this sketchy unreliable business is refusing to let go of them.

GBMuch Better than from the Dentist I previously had a night guard though my dentist which was far more costly, time consuming and was never super comfortable sleeping with them. They worked somewhat, but once I started with Remi I have very little issues with TMJ. The prices have gone up but I imagine I am still saving some money and they do solve the problem. So for me its a sure thing.

GBI don't like to leave negative reviews I don't like to leave negative reviews. Like another review I read, I root for companies (esp. small companies) that have an innovative business model and offer a good product. But not this one. I like the night guard, but I am very disappointed in my recent experience. I found Remi via a web-search that offered me a "lifetime rate" of $49 for agreeing to their subscription business model. The site specifically said that I would be "locked in" at this rate, and that I should hurry up to "lock in" the price before it increased again. I assumed that was a marketing ploy, but still signed up for the subscription plan. Just afterwards, the website showed my price increased to $59. When I contacted them, the confirmed that my price would be $49 - despite the site still saying $59 months later. In March 2024, they raised the price to $89. The increase was not mentioned until the end of a very long "aren't we great?" marketing email. I emailed customer service to see what happened to my lifetime $49 price. I got an email back with a lot of canned marketing language that essentially said "sorry, not sorry." They offered me a discounted rate (still above my lifetime rate). After some back and forth, I declined and instructed them to terminate my subscription. Despite the website saying that you can cancel at any time, it took several emails in which they tried pressuring me to continue (somewhat deceptively, I might add) but they finally confirmed my cancellation.

GBI honestly haven't received any… I honestly haven't received any retainers in the past year+ I honestly didn't know ya'll were still charging me! Please send two top mouth retainers and an impression kit for free. I have been using dentist provided retainers since I got a permanent dental bridge on my bottom jaw 2years ago or more. I will get an exact date from my dentist on when I got that work done and forward you a copy so you can properly refund me for items not receiving or used. I do really like your company and I think you offer a good product I have had no work done to the top of my teeth so I would be so happy to get retainers for that because the ones from the dentist aren't looking so great and I would love to get a new impression kit as well as a refund when I can provide you with the information as to when I got the work done because I haven't recieved a single shipment from your company since then, and maybe before I know since then at the very least. GBI would NOT recommend Remi I would NOT recommend Remi. Their team has consistently disappointed me. They needed to get three sets of impressions even when I did one with their team on zoom. Their customer support has consistently not followed up and they tried to get me to get to bottom trays instead of a set knowing I needed retainers. It has been about 2 months and I still do not have a set
