Best on-line shopping experience This was the best on-line shopping experience I have ever had. December 24 I ordered a Michael Kors puffer on sale at Macy’s and today less than a week later it arrived to me in Sweden. This period included Christmas days so really amazing! It is probably not the cheapest way of buying products from US, but I gladly pay every dollar for this superb, highly efficient and safe handling. Extra plus for the handwritten note from Phillis-a state of the art in custumer service! I will definitely use BAB again.

Needed Beats Fit Pro as a Christmas… Needed Beats Fit Pro as a Christmas present. Could only get them from USA. Ordered Thursday and received an email confirming Monday delivery. I was sceptical this would happen - but it did! I was impressed and then to receive a personal email asking if everything was OK was even more impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Big Apple Buddy. Exceptional customer service in my view and will use again.

Great concept and excellent customer service I ordered a pixel 6 for shipping to Denmark, and had a nice back and forth with their customer service regarding the lead time from best buy. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order, and having used traditional mail forwarders in the past I was worried this would be a huge hassle. Not so with these guys! Very helpful and speedy handling of refund minus a service and card fee which makes sense (during the weekend no less). Looking forward to buying stuff from them the future and not deal with old school mail forwarders again!

Expensive service fees Expensive service fees for a product I can get direct from Razer today and they don't give an option for USA when I try to select my country for shipping. I do think some products would be worth it like the new graphics cards when they get them but God knows what the service fee for those will be.
