Great concept and excellent customer service I ordered a pixel 6 for shipping to Denmark, and had a nice back and forth with their customer service regarding the lead time from best buy. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel the order, and having used traditional mail forwarders in the past I was worried this would be a huge hassle. Not so with these guys! Very helpful and speedy handling of refund minus a service and card fee which makes sense (during the weekend no less). Looking forward to buying stuff from them the future and not deal with old school mail forwarders again!

The delivery was impeccable and what can I say about the customer service... There was a glitch during delivery and the customer service was way above the standards of customer services we know in France. Listening, caring, active, reactive... Great service for that one item that you absolutely must have I was looking for a Tumi backpack which Tumi does not sell in Europe. But through Big Apple Buddy I was able to buy it and it was delivered in excellent condition through FedEx. Luckily the bag itself was being sold at a hefty discount because the handling and shipping costs are not cheap. Of course, that's the price for ordering overseas and they are clearly mentioned upfront on their site before you order. I knew what I was getting into. From their communication and the included personal note you can also tell the service is run by people that care. Even after the item has been delivered, they checked to see if everything is in order.

Broken Item Delivered and Terrible After Service Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.
