Cost efficient and everything arrived safely Bought from them and I was a little scared whether or not my stuff would arrive safely but it was all fine. Bear in mind it DOES take a while if you're going to get a k-packet in comparison to DHL. I didn't mind waiting for too long as they don't overcharge for their items or have fake sales like some other websites I've had to deal with. One piece of feedback I want to give to testerkorea is to have more detailed product descriptions. It does get a little tiring scouring the web for ingredients and how-to-use posts. Definitely going to order again since the site is well-priced and based in Korea.

Satisfied with the service I've ordered a few times in 2015, 2017 and twice this year. From what I understood, there's been some changes in the teams and issues so I will only talk about my recent experience. This year, I've been using the request items service and I'm quite satisfied with it. The commission fee is not too expensive. I had to contact the CS team because I ordered products for a birthday and was late. I was worried I would not receive my items on time and asked them to take care of my order quickly. The CS team has been very helpful, they advised me to change the delivery method and were fast to ship the items so I could get them on time. Thanks to the service, the birthday was unforgettable and I'm very grateful for that. Please note for Fedex shipping option, Fedex will claim to pay some processing fees after shipping. It's not specific to this website but to Fedex. In addition, on the website, I may be wrong but I believe many items are not in stock, so when you order, there will be a delay, they will buy the products from different places/websites and then when they will have received everything, they will process to shipping, which is why orders may take some time to be sent. Overall, I will continue to order again and hope the website will continue to exist and deliver a good service.

Good but slow Very large choice of product, at their real price. You can also ask for products you want. But the preparation time is very long, sometimes the products are out of stock but you don't know until you already ordered them. And they never offer shipping costs, in fact it just gets more expensive the more you buy.

Amazing customer service! Read why.. This is an amazing store! Why? 1) They find the item with the lowest price and buy it for you. 99% of the goods are always in stock, if the goods need to be purchased specifically for you, there is a special mark that warns you about this. 2) They have an amazing customer service. I ordered goods to Turkey, but I did not know that cosmetics cannot be imported to Turkey. As a result, the TesterKorea store helped with the return of the goods back to Korea and sent it to my friends in another country. What store would do that for a customer? Nobody! Those people who complain that the goods were sent to them for a long time apparently do not understand the symbols on the site and ordered something rare. They could easily refuse a rare position in the order. I liked the store very much, I recommend!
