DETerrible customer service - damaged goods and no answer in over 5 weeks! My products came damaged due to poor packaging, I have try to contact them several times, sent around 5 reminders, and in more than 5 weeks nobody reached out to me to explain. A serum leaked all over the products and cannot be used, and a sunscreen from Misha arrived with mold, absolutely disgusting! Additionally, I was also taxed as they changed the delivery method without informing me before. This was my second purchase, I did believe the store was serious. Well, they are not. I should've spent my money in a more trustworthy store like yesstyle. NEVER AGAIN!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

FRSatisfied with the service I've ordered a few times in 2015, 2017 and twice this year. From what I understood, there's been some changes in the teams and issues so I will only talk about my recent experience. This year, I've been using the request items service and I'm quite satisfied with it. The commission fee is not too expensive. I had to contact the CS team because I ordered products for a birthday and was late. I was worried I would not receive my items on time and asked them to take care of my order quickly. The CS team has been very helpful, they advised me to change the delivery method and were fast to ship the items so I could get them on time. Thanks to the service, the birthday was unforgettable and I'm very grateful for that. Please note for Fedex shipping option, Fedex will claim to pay some processing fees after shipping. It's not specific to this website but to Fedex. In addition, on the website, I may be wrong but I believe many items are not in stock, so when you order, there will be a delay, they will buy the products from different places/websites and then when they will have received everything, they will process to shipping, which is why orders may take some time to be sent. Overall, I will continue to order again and hope the website will continue to exist and deliver a good service.

GBHappy customer Processing and packing took 6 days then my items quickly arrived in the UK. Shipping was expensive because k packet isn't being used for UK orders anymore, a few shops like testerkorea aren't even shipping to the UK at all anymore so given the circumstances I understand the more expensive shipping. Everything arrived well packaged and safe. Even with expensive shipping everything worked out much cheaper than it would have been from anywhere else so I'm very happy. The order cost £40 before shipping and I didn't get any customs fees.

DEVery good shop! They did take a few days to pack and to send, but I think it's totally fine. The items were securly packed - I ordered eyeshadow and was afraid it might break, they give lots of freebies which I was surprised by (I got a mini sunscreen, a lip tint and some serum samples + a free ffp2 mask). Shipping is quite expensive, but that's kind of implied when you have items sent from Korea. So I already knew it would be expensive. You can choose cheaper options, but I chose Fedex Express which was more expensive. But everything worked well. Keep in mind you have to pay customs too though! So all in all I had a pleasent experience and I will definetely order again, since the range of products is really nice!

GBHorrible, never again! Horrible - every time half of the items are sold out, although shows it as "in stock". Then they refund in "points", refusing to refund to original payment method, so I have to buy again and everything is sold out again - complete lack of customer service and so much hassle. Shipping is expensive. Will not order again, please avoid them if you can! Yesstyle was perfect service and arrived in a week.
