When our Bhutan vacation was cut short March 6th without one last bit of shopping, I was so glad to find you online when I got home. Thanks for being so efficient. Shocking Shocking, I placed an order and paid for an order which I have never received. When I followed up on the order I was informed if I paid a further US$30 it would be sent via a certain transportation, however, I paid for postage in the original order and refuse to pay extra and have no guarantee I will then receive the goods. I decided not to make a further payment and have never received my order or any other form of communication, other than the emails generated my end. Diane Collins
