I’ve been asking for shipment status and still have received no information. The link I was initially sent with shipment tracking info yielded nothing. Just a blank screen. Someone replied to my initial inquiry indicating I’d receive a reply subsequently on my shipment status - nothing. I’d rate the customer service as abysmal. Here’s a tip Druksell - when you inform a customer that they shall receive follow up in a specific time frame - it’s a good policy to take action on what you committed to doing!
