Little Expensive but Decent Quality Products The seller has not communicated with me on this transaction, but honored my request to cancel the order and refund the money in a timely manner. However, in the past, the seller has not responded to my inquires either. I award the seller 3 1/2 stars for honoring my request. From my previous experience, I can say that the products are a little expensive but of decent quality. If you like to support the people of Bhutan through this website, it is a very good cause. They were unable to deliver their product to the USA. I bought a bottle of whiskey. They shipped it to the USA via a shipping company that is not able allowed to ship alcoholic beverages to the USA. (DHL) Seriously? That is dumb. And their online chat for support doesn't work. Their agent never responded after several minutes. I would not trust this company again, and I recommend other consumers to think twice before making a purchase with them.
