customer service When you have a complaint They try to blame the buyer of damaging the shocks by clamping them If you do the shocks properly You don't need to clamp Being arguing the case They will not take liability for the shocks failing Will be updated or redacted depending on outcome Will never use this company again

Stance + Ultra Coilovers, Good Customer Service I ordered a set of stance + Ultra coilovers and had them fitted a year ago. They provide a good ride and plenty of adjustment for lowering the vehicle. I have them lowered all the way which I think may have caused some increased wear but I emailed stance and got a very fast reply with a new set of shocks sent out within a day of emailing
