Many photos of high quality, hand stitched shoes. What I received were a pair of ridiculously cheap knock offs. I actually gave them away as gag gifts for Christmas. Pathetic! Shame on you!!!

The shoes were woefully small even though I ordered up a size as directed in website. When I emailed to request a refund, they replied and said I could get a 15% refund and said the o process was long and cumbersome and should find someone to wear the shoes. Um, what?

Ordered a popular item for myself Ordered a popular item for myself, took a while because it came from China, was a size large but way too small. A label on the package said “returns” and I returned it indicating the issue and requested a refund. I did receive a reply saying I shouldn’t have sent it there and provided a address in China. SCAM website, be sure what you order there is something you want because if you change your mind the cost to return it will be more out of pocket expense to you. SCAM
