GBAs everyone else has mentioned As everyone else has mentioned, you have to call to cancel. It also has to be done during their hours which I believe are east coast, which makes it really difficult with my work schedule. There is a law that was passed making this illegal, I can't post the link to it as this site won't allow it. You can Google Senate Bill 313. Although they aren't in California, this still covers consumers in California! Perhaps this company should change their policy before they get reported. I have tried a few times now to cancel to no avail. That alone is enough to not want to use this company! Aside from that, the clothes are just ok, and the price really doesn't justify the amount of items you actually get in a month's time. I wish I would have read these reviews before getting sucked into this company!

If you are looking to spice up your wardrobe without going broke or sifting through thousands of racks, Haverdash is for you! Highly recommend it because it’s convenient, offers great customer service and keeps an eye on fashion trends so that I don’t have to. Plus you cannot beat the price point when compared to other clothing subscription services.

GBThis company is a complete scam This company is a complete scam. I returned my last 3 items in September and was told I needed to do so, by their customer service representative, to cancel. Once they received my items, I called back in October and canceled. I was told, “ you have no outstanding items and we’ll cancel your account.” I received my confirmation email and moved along. A month later, I’m fighting a claims investigation with my bank because they charged me 200.00 stating 2 of the items were not returned. I didn’t keep their items and they already confirmed once the items were returned but now I have to fight to get my 200 back and that’s just very frustrating. Save your money and spend the extra 20.09 a month to do the style trial with Express. Better clothes, faster turn around and they’re not a scam.

GBThis company is terrible This company is terrible zero communication. I returned my items when covid hit, and thought I canceled my membership. Today I got an email from a collection agency for over $300. I haven’t heard anything from them via email, mail or phone in 6 months and now they are just ruining my credit.

GBDon’t waste your money! Don’t waste your money! I tried it for 2 months and barely received two boxes per month. Their turn-around time is terrible and the clothes aren’t even cute. I starred 10 items (with over 50 in my closet) and would never receive anything I asked for. Plus, the sizing is really large. I called customer service probably 5 times, but only offered a $10 discount for a 2 week shipping delay which is half of the month subscription. Overall Haverdash has made empty promises every time I call and their actual product/service has been absolutely underwhelming. I would not recommend this rental service at all.
