GBI hate services that make it impossible… I hate services that make it impossible to cancel. Once you contact them (and get off hold), you have to be firm that you want to cancel through five different sale pitches. Totally sucked for me and the salesperson. Not a company I would recommend at all.

GBPoor quality service and scammy… Poor quality service and scammy company. Would not recommend to anyone. It's incredibly hard to cancel their service -- only by phone, during certain hours -- and the cancellation is effective immediately regardless of if you've already paid for that month's service. In addition to that, the clothing is poor quality.

GBThey make it impossible to cancel I've been trying to cancel this membership ever since I signed up. I don't want it and the clothes are really ugly. Like grandma ugly. I have called support but they weren't able to find my account. It is under my phone number and my email. I'll have to dispute these charges if I can't cancel this. I've tried calling again but my work hours make it really hard for me to call during business time. I've also reached out via email and on social media and I'm talking to robots so no one can help me.

GBI've never actually received a box from… I've never actually received a box from them. I started getting billed monthly and despite having documented emails to the company requesting them to stop billing, they continue. I've now been billed for three months and have never received anything. I'm disputing with my credit card.

GBIf I could give it zero starts I would - Scammy If I could give it zero starts I would. Signed up for a free trial, couldnt find enough things I liked for it to be worth it. Tried to cancel through their website, but they make you call on the phone. I tried email directly, they refused to process the cancelation on the phone. Their phone lines are only open M-F office hours, when I *also* work, and when I took break time to try, couldn't get on the line with anyone. Tried again today, got someone, they made me answer a million questions about different prices I might accept to stay even though I told them flat out I just wanted to cancel. They also won't refund for the month they charged, even though I didn't use the service, AND they won't let you use the month you already paid for unless you call and cancel directly on the day it renews. They'll only cancel if they can take away access for the time you've already paid for. Absolutely ridiculous. They're clearly running off making it impossible to cancel without losing a bunch of your time and money.
