Fake shoes and bad customer service Do not order from this website! My mother got me the "birkenstocks" for Christmas, besides the fact that they didn't fit me they turned out to be cheap knock offs. They came wrapped in plastic and smelt so bad we had to put them outside. When we got in touch for a full refund as per their return policy, they refused and only offered a 15% refund. We told them again that we would like a full refund, the refused AGAIN and sent quite the unprofessional email.

Boots were a whole size too small Boots were a whole size too small. They were advertised as Women's size 12 in American sizing. When they arrived, they were size 43, which is European sizing (approximately size 11 American). However, my European size is 45. I know this because I have several pairs of shoes and boots from Italy. All size 45 and fit great. Return policy is a nightmare and not worth it. Shirt material was flimsy and had a clammy, rubbery feel to it. Also sized way too small, even going by exact cm measurements. Chinese scam ripoff. Should we be surprised? Save your money and shop elsewhere online.

The clothes I ordered took over 2… The clothes I ordered took over 2 months to come and were promised by christmas. Nothing I ordered resembled the pictures online. Very poor material and horrendous stitching on jacket and sweatshirt was not oversized and could fairly fit a 12 year old girl

False advertising Ordered 2 pair of shoes. I contacted them for shipping status and was told the wedges I ordered were out of stock and it would be a long time before they are in. The "HEY DUDE" canvas shoes I ordered arrived from China, generic and cheap. False advertising on their website. I have reached out for refund...we'll see.

I wish there was a lower rating I wish there was a lower rating. Ordered Birkenstock Boston shoes as a Christmas gift for my daughter. As I never received a tracking number and was worried they'd be late, I ordered a backup pair elsewhere (and contacted Upustyle, trying to cancel the order). Thank goodness for backup! The Upustyle knock-offs (advertised as the real deal) didn't arrive until 2023 and the quality is terrible. No box, the buckles are held on by what looks like blue twist ties, and the material is not good. I am trying to return the shoes but have had no luck with customer services yet.
