I filed a warranty claim, they broke my scooter and returned it back I have handed over the scooter to noon team on 19th March in a perfect condition for a warranty claim. The battery was just overheating while using it during day time, therefore I returned it to noon for warranty claim. On 14th April, I have received the scooter with its screen broken and the back wheel is punctured! That is beside lots of scratches all over the scooter body. It worth mentioning that I received a phone call from the warranty claim team few days after picking up the scooter, they told me that the scooter is working but the back wheel is out of air. At that time I didn’t think that the situation is as shown in the attached images. I thought that the wheel leaked some air during transportation and I told them to proceed with fixing the battery issue. However later one, the service center refused to fix it which I now understand after I saw the damages on the scooter that I am sure it had happened during noon transportation or in your stores. At the end, when I filed a complaint for the above, they replied saying sorry we can’t help you!!! I will never buy anything from noon again and strongly advise people not to do.

I blame myself I blame myself. I know how bad they are and yet I still went back and used them again. Surely it is also my fault that they delivered late, and that they delivered the wrong items. I’m sure it’s also my fault that they don’t seem to be able to issue refunds in a timely manner. I mean, it must be my fault as no service company could be such useless, inept and pathetic failures could they? Somewhat unsurprisingly, NowNow’s (Noon) response was to send them an email detailing the issue and they would look into it. I won’t waste the wear on my keyboard as before writing the review I had sent 4 emails to the same email address they suggest, and amazingly, all were ignored.

cheating company very bad experience related to this company very bad customer service if there's zero star i will put it.i emailed them over 15 email's & the problem still unsolved & the they promise to call me back & of course don't happened in addition to thier low quality products & not typical as described even the seller is noon itself . this complain regarding noon uae the worst of all

The worst customer service I ever experienced They send a shampoo instead of a apple watch, they took my money never been refound. I will never imagine to go trough this situation the amount of stress. Nothing it's been done from their side a sincerely advice everyone not to use noon anymore and after reading and understanding that this been happen to other people to. I will escalate this issue to ministry of economy and report this to the police. Its unbelievable how come in 2024 I company this big can treat their customers this way.

Noon is bad service. What kind of bad service of NOON i have ordered a food and before order saying delivery time 30-40min and after order the food saying 70min. I did order for my kids going school delivery time is very important for me. And then I am keep calling noon and no one helping me to get order at original time. After rider it’s saying it’s not my problem and now I no need the order and noon is refunding my money saying it is a process. Very very bad service from noon never ever order again to them 0 rating from me.
